About This Practice

Drawing graphs is half the skill — reading them is the other half. Answer “how many more / how many fewer” from a ready-made bar graph: read both amounts off the axis scale, then subtract. The two bars in the question glow orange, wrong picks can be retried, and after a correct pick every bar is labeled with its value for checking.

Answer questions from a ready-made bar graph: which has more, and how many more? Read the two amounts from the scaled axis, subtract, and pick the right answer from three choices—wrong picks can be retried.
